1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the 69bd platform and its users ("Member" or "you"). 69bd is an online entertainment platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and related services.

2.4 Identity Verification

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Security

Keep your 69bd account password and login details completely confidential. The member is solely responsible for any unauthorised use of the account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately.

3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

Selling, transferring, or sharing an account with a third party is strictly prohibited. Only the registered member may use the account.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no activity for an extended period (12 consecutive months or more), the account may be declared inactive. The member will be notified through their contact details regarding an inactive account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the 69bd platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank are supported.

4.2 Deposit Limits

4.3 Withdrawal Limits & Timeframes

4.4 Third-Party Transactions Prohibited

Deposits and withdrawals must only be made from an account registered in the member's own name. Transactions through third parties are strictly prohibited and will be treated as a violation of anti-money laundering policy.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

69bd offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus carries a 25x wagering requirement. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager ৳30,000 (1,200 × 25 = 30,000).

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A member may claim the welcome bonus only once
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing after receiving a bonus
• Bonus claims may have a specific time limit — see the promotions page
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed

5.4 VIP Program

The 69bd VIP program has three tiers. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.5% weekly cashback, Silver up to 1.0%, and Gold up to 1.5%. Playing regularly allows you to move up to higher tiers.

5.5 Right to Modify Promotions

69bd reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel the terms of any bonus or promotion at any time. Members will be notified on the platform before changes take effect.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

All games on the 69bd platform follow fair play principles. SSL encryption and Random Number Generator (RNG) technology are used to ensure impartial game outcomes.

6.2 Betting Rules

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 69bd platform:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Fraud, deception, or theft of another member's information
• Placing bets using software bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or exploit security vulnerabilities
• Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts
• Exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other members to manipulate games
• Conducting transactions using a third party's funds

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Grounds for Suspension

69bd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account in the following circumstances:

• Suspicion or evidence of a breach of these Terms
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information
• Detection of unusual transaction patterns
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion)

8.2 Closure at Member's Request

If you wish to close your account, contact the support team. Withdraw any valid balance before closure. If bonus wagering requirements have not been met, the bonus portion will be forfeited.

9 Limitation of Liability
